Testimonials from last years day

Oliver Campbell  I went to last year’s TACCA day and will defiantly be returning this year. You can learn more in the TACCA 1 day meeting than most 3 day courses and it’s far cheaper. It’s a very hands on day with informal training sessions / discussions that give you the chance to not only learn but have a go to and ask plenty of questions. We have now started en-capping for some commercial work as a direct result of the TACCA day. It’s also a great way of meeting other carpet cleaners and we’re all willing to share advice and help problem solve. Thanks to everyone involved.

Allan Simmons  Hi Derek, I’d like to add my testimonial for the day, specifically the information and advice I came away with regarding commercial carpet cleaning. The information and demonstration by Dave Ingram was invaluable. Although we already do a fair amount of commercial work talking to Dave and Jamie Pearson really opened my eyes to the ‘maintenance’ element and how that can tie clients into you as their go to supplier. I’ve applied everything I learned on the day and seen massive benefits in terms of time saving and client satisfaction / retention. If I hadn’t been to the TACCA event I would not have been exposed to ‘The Real Deal’ on commercial carpet maintenance. Oh, and Paul Moss’s tip on the tool for gum removal was another tip worth the cost of going, our guys love em and we’ve shaved time off jobs using them. Hands on practical stuff and a few beers too, nice one!

Ashley White  I attended the TACCA day, and I felt I learnt more in 1 day than I have in several 2 day courses that were run by the bigger organisations. The hands-on training meant I felt more confident when using the learnt techniques on the job. I paid particular attention to the leather, encap, and rug cleaning sessions – and each one has paid dividends in the time since the course, in the form of improved results and time & money saved. I’m really grateful to Paul Moss, Dave Ingram, and Dave Altomstone for the info passed on over the course of the day. My name will definately be on the list for future sessions.

Roy Junior McReynolds  i found tacca day was excellent, i got to meet a few new faces and learn more ideas it was definitely worth the trip from Northern ireland cant wait to the next one.

Andrew Briscoe Cleaning Penrith  A great day, with great people to learn from. Various cleaning and restoration methods for all kinds of carpets and fabrics. Met loads of other guys from the trade, we all networked with each other, I even picked up a few marketing tips from others. A day not to be missed and well worth a visit.

TACCA day is open to anyone interested in the cleaning industry and will benefit all who attend, we really hope to see you there!

This is ticket only, (no pay on the door) so please make sure you have a ticket before travelling down, there are limited spaces due to the venue’s capacity regulations, so please book your tickets early to avoid disappointment
