WOW!!! What an amazing event, for those who couldn’t make it, here are a couple of videos that may just sway you for next year.

Thanks again for attending and donating, without doubt the greatest carpet cleaning show on earth, until next year that is!

A few quotes from those who attended the event:

You could not find a more useful, better value event than the TACCA day. No other gathering offers a wider variety of learning from a great selection of industry leaders – who are more than willing to share their information with anyone who requests it. If you only attend one carpet cleaning event in the year, make it the TACCA day!

Well organised event, I was hoping to come away with 1 or 2 little bits of info that I would be able to use in my business, but I came out with a note pad full, can’t wait for next year, this is definitely a must NOT miss event of the year!

A Saturday well spent. Good day with interesting people.

I gained more in this one day than any other single day I have had on any training. The varied extra add-on,s we can bring to the business and alternative ways to enhance my offer to the customer and gain more customers were vital. Will definitely be there next year. it’s not just what you learn from the organised events there . I learned an awful lot from other cleaners in normal conversation . especially about marketing.

Finally, a big thanks to all the trainers and everyone involved.

Paul Moss, Jamie pearson – CSUK, Mike Philbin –, John Kelly – Restormate, Dave Althomstone,  Chemspec Europe, Alex Hedges – Alloy Marketing,  Checkatrade.

Also a big thanks to all those who donated raffle prizes, over £3000 was raised for Kirsty’s Kids.

Finally thanks to Russ for the fantastic video!
